Heh, great article Funked.

You would think, after 9/11, that if people are this wigged out that they would at least say something... rather than sit back and let whatever it is that they think is happening, happen.

Pipe up, ya freaks!

Green cloud....
Thanks for making me aware of this as I was just about to start a search.I believed her,I believed her more when so many started to put her down. I thought better info would be there in a couple weeks and it is.

I have begun to build a house for a senior air line pilot who flys to England for a major carrier for a living. He confirms much of what these articles say.He is very upset at the in fighting still going on in this goverment regarding pc and protecting citizens. He feels sure something will soon happen. When it does I hope it happens to those that believe people like that dumb proffessor at stanford . Dont let these type of people get ya down .again thanks for post.

funked..im not sure if you think this was fake or not...

did you read the last 3 paragraphgs from your link?

even if they are a band..wht are they all getting up at the same tiem when landing for..whiel no one says anything..thats not good..

"
Now, by that I certainly don't mean that the interceptors should have scrambled or the passengers should have started swinging Chardonnay bottles as soon as the oud player took too long in the john. But evidently no one even engaged these guys in a conversation, and no one, not the flight crew, and not the air marshals, challenged their egregious violations of protocols about congregating near restrooms or standing up in unison as the plane started its descent. Nothing was done to alleviate the terror Jacobsen, and probably a lot of the other passengers, felt.

Liberals will likely decry the suspicion and interrogation the musicians faced on Flight 327. And the principled Right will regret that that was necessary. If the band's English wasn't very good they might not have understood the instructions. But a polite word and some helpful gestures earlier on, rather than a guilty PC silence, might have saved them some embarrassment. In any case, the police-state parallels fade quickly: In a real police state, like, oh, Syria, you are not even allowed inside the country with an Israeli stamp in your passport.

June 29 was no ordinary day in the skies. That day, Department of Homeland Security officials issued an "unusually specific internal warning," urging customs officials to watch out for Pakistanis with physical signs of rough training in the al Qaeda training camps. The warning specifically mentioned Detroit and Los Angeles's LAX airports, the origin and terminus of NWA flight 327.

That means that our air-traffic system was expecting trouble. But rather than land the plane in Las Vegas or Omaha, it was allowed to continue on to Los Angeles without interruption, as if everything were hunky-dory on board. It certainly wasn't. If this had been the real thing, and the musicians had instead been terrorists, nothing was stopping them from taking control of the plane or assembling a bomb in the restroom. Given the information they were working with at the time, almost everyone should have reacted differently than they did.

Jacobsen's fear was quite natural under these circumstances, and she has done us a service by pointing out some egregious shortfalls in our airline security. Danke Schoen, Darling. Let's hope the right people are listening."

The house calls a free vote on the issue.

The motion befor us is that for the indefinate future, all middle eastern men boarding any aircraft in the US (and canada) be subject to search and questioning.

Pongo votes. aye.

The US borders are pretty much wide open. There are those out to destroy us. Lemme see, 1+1=2. Yeah, I think Al Qaeda is up to something.

Greencloud and others

Read some of the links from this story you gave us, the lead singer has written a song about the glory of suicide bombers and is now suspected of having links to terriost. I believe 9 of them according to the other links[ newspapers] had expired papers.

Even you Pongo read futher and even though it doesnt bother me ....I am not talking about ann coulters link.

Tell me Pongo do you think I am lying about the pilot I talked about.? And if not do you think there might be something to this?
btw the other independent stories say the flight marshalls are have a meeting with home land defence next week,to redo there story, seems the young lady was mostly right.

I dont believe your lieing at all. I dont think the behavior of the band members was innocent. They would still be in custody in Pongo land while I got it worked out.

Even if they were joking, its like holloring fire in a movie theater. They should have been arrested and charged for their actions on that plane.

All that patriot act crap and they cant pat down who ever they want to that wants to fly on a plane. un freaking beleavable.

No, it's not false. The event described happened. What that event was really all about is subject to interpretation.
