It has one one PCIe channel slot and one 16 channel PCIe slot.  So you're fine there.

How do you like your Raid 0 HD's. I was thinking of putting 2 WD Raptors 10,000rpms in this if I can.

I  think the cost outweighs the performance benefits in a home environment.  One of the newer 74GB Raptors would be fine.  Raid also tends to limit the achievable overclock.  Further, your chance of losing data due to HD failure is doubled with Raid 0. Next one I build won't have it.
