Do you honestly think AH would be up and running, that the BB would be alive and kicking without us? We are the customers, we are the support system, we are, drunky, the ones that keep the game alive, I'm pretty sure HT wouldn't be very interested in maintaining a BB for free. Pardon me, but hey I have an opinion here, and I posted it.
If I agree to post only pleasant things on here, can I have a free membership? Uh, probably not.

The whole game, the good, the bad, the suspicions, the paraises, the bashing... it is all relevant.
If you are going to be locking people's posts, lock out some of those gems of people calling people **** and ***********
Nobody has directly accused anyone, nobody has said anything of legal consequence, but more importantly, nobody has said anything about the basic principle involved here, and that is, if this is a discussion forum, then by golly let it be discussed, this overmoderation and bashing is more detrimental to the game than 100 c-word threads. Also, IMO, very detrimental, is the supression of information. The solution to the aforementioned issue, in part, is acknowledging that there is a problem (this should sound familiar to a guy named "drunky"). Telling me to be quiet, isn't any way to treat a customer, and it sure as heck ain't no way to address the problem. It succeeds only in angering customers and casting that shadow of doubt on the issue.
Hey I know I'm nothing but a name on a screen to you guys, and I know my 14.95 isn't going to break HTC, but I also know what goes on in the MA, I'm there alot. I run a sqaud of 30(something), The best damn squad in the MA I might add (Oink! :8) ), and I think, just maybe, I might have a point here, and I will say it again, just to make sure you post bashers get it...

If somebody has a question about the c-word, let them ask it for crying out loud, let them get straight answers from players (you can bet your patootie, they'd prefer that anyway) without having to worry about their posts being locked out, or them being banned. If HTC can't stand to host that sort of BB, then post some kind of list of rules so they will know that this is a very intolerant kinda environment. If we can't discuss it here, then where?
