Im seeing the need for 2 ammendments.

4. Anyone who in my view is perposly posting to close a thread will be band for the duration of the expermint.

5. If a thread is locked, any flaming of the person who caused the thread to be locked will also be banned. I.E. If a thread gets locked, let it go and if you want to continue the thread topic discusion just start a new thread.

well so far I can see one bad disadvantage to this. Time and attention of HT is being consumed on monitoring of these threads and locking them while a legitimate attempt to get some input on another thread is being ignored.
Gotta run for a while. I should make it back about Experiment 7 or so. :D

I suppose that if you just slam a lock on EVERY thread with ANY semblance of ANY violation,

That is the basic idea Captain.

I agree but you may want to warn the first time offenders and make sure they understand the rules.  Case in point see Jay 1988.  Some will not know what is going on and then lose privlidges for a week.

Fair enough. Do it for two weeks instead of one, and if it works, stick with it.

The FDBs should be doing something here, I'm just not sure what.  So... I'll start with this picture from HiTech's wedding:
