To see what happens, am considering locking all in threads in the General Discussion ,for a week if any of the following apear.

1. Any flame of some ones post, not a counter discusion, but a flame. Also flame baits.

2. Any personal attacks.

3. A whine, not a suggest ,critisim or view, but the over the top stuff.

What do you guys think is it worth a try to see if it changes the general flavor?

I think this would be a good Idea. It will plant the seed of good nature. Once the "good feeling" on the BBS starts to grow, it will attract or change the nature of the posters who are borderline obusive.

The community will benefit as a whole. If one person extends a hand of goodnature it is recieved with good nature ( on the most part) It IMHO it will only be the start or the correct fork in the road that leads to a better BBS

I think the "real" experiment is to see how much life can be sucked out of the overall BBS by these experiments

If I'm right I should get two gold starts becasue I'm better than the poopy-head that got one.
