Ki-84-Ia announced!

...

PAC setups are gonna start a huge rumble..

The "restrictions" on P-38L, F4U-1, -1C, -1D, -4 in PAC setups are to be probably lifted..

And with that one plane, the potency of fighter power the Imperial Japanese side can muster will increase as much as two fold!

 Man, this is gonna rock!

Welcome at long last.  Will it have the Nakajima Ha-45 2000hp engine and it's corresponding performance in excess of 400mph level flight?

About time. Think of all the fun we missed waiting on a plane that could put up a fight against the Corsair. Now all we need is a N1K2-J.

With you F4U boys you can never tell if it is a joke, or something overly serious.  Especially since you've been beating that same N1K2-J drum for so long now.

Actualy slash has a point. When flying that other sim, all you would hear is, we need the N1K2J. IN here its the opposite.

CurtissP-6EHawk,

Well, we'll see and I promise to be in the CT to fly the Ki-84 against your F4Us.

It is likely to become my main ride in AH.

The F4U-1 variant we have is likely to be about as close the the real F4U-1 as we are going to get unless we can petition them to work on a new canopy to make the current -1 a -1A.

As for the setups we will just have to wait and see especially if we get a new Phillipine map done in the not to distant future.

B-29 would be a great addition too, its just there are so many other a/c that are in need of being modelled, I doubt we will see it any time soon. B-29 raids against Japan would be great though with Ki-84s and P-51s in the mix. In the meantime it does indeed open up all the late war stuff in Burma and the PTO. Should be a great addition.

The B-29 isn't the next bomber in development by HTC. I don't think they even have it on the list at least according to the books I saw scattered all over the HTC offices the other day.
