Is it possible to make a map with only two countries represented on it? I am wondering from a purely selfish point of view because of the way the CT behaves and we are constantly battling CV groups that switch for apparently no reason and some how we always need to fix a setup that was loaded perfectly fine after a base gets captured.

No you must put the third country some where.

Put it off map. If you are doing a CT map then it only needs to be 256 x 256.

All maps are 512 x 512. When you make a do 256 x 256 map only a 256 x 256 portion shows on the clipboard. The rest of the "map" will be out in the margines.

Set the the rook HQ/ City and 2 bases far out in the margine so no one can fly there from the knight/bish bases. Then you just lock flight on the rooks during your set up.

No one will be able to capture them and reset the map.

If you still have Ah1 installed you can check the Okinawa map and see. Switch to rooks and you will be off map.

Are you sure of this, are CT map different than H2H map? I've made dozens of H2H maps with only 2 countrys, and without HQ also bases with no maprooms or with maprooms 5000 feet off the ground so they can't be gooned. Mabey someone should try it, if it works it works.

The problem with having only 2 countries is AH doesn't like, most of the time if you cap a field on a 2 country map AH will fart and reset the map.

And I've seen it happen on one of your maps.
