HT please do not remove this post. my first post of this was not offensive and i cant understand why it was removed. MAYBE cause i struck a nerve or something? i know posting nasi stuff like symbols will get a post removed but why a name or a name of thie masterace? the names depicted were historical and were not offensive.        this post is an example of current events....not ment to offend those who might be offended.

With the axis losing due to the allied numbers and better planes ole HISTER (name changed as not to offend) prayed to his gods for relief. for many years he went unheard until one day. His gods answered him. they said: "hister since you are crying to us about numbers i shall grant your wish'" Hister delighted in this cause now the other sides could not fly their best fighters. The allies tried as they might even with numbers to squash the axis but to no avail.

Our poor little russain farmer drafted to fly the la-7 was shot down in a yak by a dora. He managed to survive but when he was rescued......he died at the hands of his leader for not doing his job. His squad crumbled at the hands of the axis due to not being able to fly the planes they were trained in. All this because the gods of the axis intervened. The allies scattered to the 4 winds and forever cursed the name hister and his gods.

Maybe the gods should have forced some squads to different countries instead banning the great fighters from flying when numbers are uneven. I think that would have been a better solution. Maybe giving some squads incentives to roam from country to country when numbers are uneven would have been better then this. Designated squads that do nothing but roam where needed with a reward of perks for their troubles of roaming when nesessary.

Poor little vodka swilling rusky never stood a chance flying a plane he does not like or want. We all have our favorite planes and dictating to us through the system what we can and cannot fly is not kewl. If the plane is in the game why disable it? May as well just remove the uber planes or perk them while you are at it.

Needless to say......the change isnt going over well with most of the rooks who are coming to resent this. The "BBS pilots" are elated cause they have freash meat to exploit. please get a life "postards."

Just to let you know, I was A Rook when ah1 closed, my old feeble CPU couldnt handle ah2 and after 3 months of trying to make it work, I brokedown & got a new system.  I kept my account open all the while.

When I came back to AH2, I played quite a bit for 2 days TRYING to shake off my 3 months of rust, but there were SO many more rooks than NME I often had to RACE 4 or 5 countrymen to the closest con. Or even worse, de-wing a pony at 20k & let him flop down cause yak ammo is real light, then see 4 guys BLAST him even though its OBVIOUS he can no longer fly not to mention fight. 2 Days of watching rooks numbers total more than knits & bish combined was all it took for me to switch countries.

Unfortunately I was a minority. All to many rooks were content to horde base after base. Content to IN on that con that ALREADY HAD 5 GUYS ON HIM! . Posts were made, as were just as many excuses to try to justify the right to stay with the horde.

Finally, Id like to say that with or without this change, its still the best game available. If you can't adapt to not having numbers & EZ mode planes at the SAME time, then hopefully this is not the game for you.
