Well geez, look at that.  A bunch of Republican supporters think it's funny.

It doesnt' matter if Republican supporters or Democratic supports that are pulling stunts like this, it's sickening.  Political discourse on this BBS has degenerated into "funny" posts relying on and appeal to redicule fallacy, or smack talk about **** that happened over 30 years ago.

Holy crap but it seems to me that your polical parties have you by the balls.  While you continue playing this damn game you don't even think about other options...as long as the other guy doesn't get in.  Bush and Kerry have more in common than they do differences.  

And I think both will screw up the US more than it is right now.  And cripes, neither are going to do a thing about economic situation the US is in right now, out of control government spending, outrageous trade deficits which will destroy the US economy if nothing dramatic is done about it, nor about illegal immigrants etc.

No Rip, you get yourself out of this hole.  You said that the author captured the character of the DNC.  What you need to do prove your statement, show that it's not a pile of devisive hatemongering, is to prove that this "character" is universal for the DNC and not a pile of rhetorical, meaningless, generalistic claptrap.
