I don't know if it's been suggested before, but why, when rook planes are disabled, don't all the rooks change countries to Bishops? That will make the new eny thing work real well.

I can't figure out why B-17s figure into this mix. It's not like we have a heck of a lot of good buffs to choose from. Buff driving is tough enough and thankless enough as it is. Why force the few buff dweebs out there to fly Lancs?
Give us B-24s and then you can start disqualifying buffs. But with only one decent buff worth flying, it just doesn't seem fair (not that we seem concerned with fair, or keeping paying customers happy.)

Although I'm all for the ENV limtis.
I do think the following should be exempt -

163 (I believe this is in the works, WTG HT)
All DEDICATED buffs, i.e. Lanc, B17, A20 only.
All gvs execpt maybe the Tiger.

Well.. you basically say that the country with the numbers should be able to fly the most devasting and potent buff but not the most potent fighters?

To be honest, the buffs do most work in taking bases... so if the intent is to slow down the country with biggest numbers in taking everything to get the reset, it sounds logical to me to reduce the ability to bomb.
