Clouds & Weather
« on: August 18, 2004, 12:36:33 AM »
Just want to know if the Weather editor from the AH1 TE will work in AH2 TE and in which Folder the Cloud/Weather file should be installed.

Thanks

It is better to know some of the questions than all of the answers.

I've tried it in the AH2 terrain folder and built into the map, it doesn't crash but I've yet to see a cloud.

I tried that also and with NO clouds.

Last Night I was flying in a H2H arena and Saw clouds.
The Terrain was one of the HTC MA Terrains so I suspect it was Converted by HTC.
If they can do it I suspect We can Also.

Just need to know Where the files need to be placed, or if there is a New Weather Program, Where to get it.

Thanks:cool:

HTC :
1. Is there a Weather Editor Program for use with AH2 ?

2. If it is not the same program as used with AH1, Where can We get the New one?

Try placing the file the cloud editor makes into the ahiiterr directory of the AH2 installation.

There is a new weather editor, but it is not ready for release.
