For me, a good squad is more than just a collection of people flying together.

There are structures, goals, responsibilities, and recognition that exists outside the game. Essentially, a game within a game.

One of the great things about the Mongrels is that members chip in to help manage the different tasks.  The tasks are too great for a single person to manage very long. Having people willing to take the time to help manage the squad speaks reams about the quality and longevity of the people involved.

We maintain FSO Stats, Attendance, and other recognition based on goals, skill.. and sometimes just dumb luck.

It's a hoot.  Check us out!

If you're looking for a good squad to join give us a look.  I'd just be repeating what the other guys said but there's nothing like an FSO with the Mongrels.

Great group of guys!
Maturity is knowing that I've been an idiot in the past.
Wisdom is realizing I will be an idiot in the future.
Common sense is trying to not be an idiot right now

After many years I am handing things over to:
JDog (C.O.)
Drone (X.O.)
Baumer (Operations Officer FSO)

The above guys will manage the squad better than I could. They all have strengths and experience that will only improve our squad. :)
Special thanks to Ghosth and Teeerex who were my faithful X.O.'s for many many years. :)
