OK.. The Reason the Rule is not fair is that it is not constant... Game rules are constant and known and controllable.
If I log in at 8:00 with the intention of flying the P-51D, and it's not available, then this is a change of what is normal.
To relate back to my rules example because everyone must be too obtuse to realize what I am saying here...
1. The NBA telling the 1st place team that their 3 Star players are not allowed to play until the other teams catch up in the standings.
This would be like the team showing up and expecting to put the 3 star players on the floor, but told they cannot.
2. NASCAR telling the winning driver of a race that in the next race he has to drive a slower car.
The Driver shows up on race day and is told (his perfectly legal within regulations car) cannot be driven, but he can drive something else or switch to "team looser" and drive their car.

Nascar has regulations on engine / car specifications. It does this to create an equal playing field.
Exactly... My P-51D s the same exact P-51D that the other countries can fly.
