Couple nights ago when trinity came up, I ran a few ups at tank central and had a bit of fun. Was hearing weird chatter about chasing jugs and the like but chalked it up to pilots out of my view.
After a few of those, I took a plane up away from the center of the map and still was hearing weird chatter on local and what seemed to be squad. None of the pilots were in visual range. One of them called out a v base they were attacking and I started looking for it. It was a knit base on the other side of the map and I determined that I was listening to bish local traffic in the area of that base.
It coninued for a while so I private messaged one of the pilots to verify they were bish. They were. I talked with this guy for a while all the while listening in on.
I relogged to see if it would clear but it persisted. Eventually I thought that maybe it had stopped, but then they started talking again. Seems they had stopped using the local and were typing. Not like I could use the info, I was Rook. They were Bish fighting Knits.
After an hour or so it seemed to eventually clear up.
