Yup but I dont feel like waisting a CD for 3 pictures.

It took 16 minutes for one email to process on the same ISP.  That to me is rediculus.  The ISP is SBC global btw.

Cant wait to get my wireless router next month.

Nilsen...Firewall?

You enabled full access to all users? (if you enabled selected users only, make sure you delete the "all users" filter)

Can you ping both PC's from the command prompt,  IPCONFIG /ALL and all that stuff?

Personally, I disable all firewalls when I'm having a problem just to make configuring things a little easier.

only need 1 hotmail account.  i used to e-mail myself coursework i was doing at school, so it would be in my inbox to work on at home, then vice versa so i could work on it at school etc. etc. etc....

when i ran that command, i only found the pc im currently on (xp pro). same when i ran it on the other pc (xp home)

im abit worried about turning off all firewalls but i guess ill have to try it later. the wifi routher that both pc's are connected through has a buidt in one that is only set to "guard" from the outside...not inside the local network i think.
