yep..im hopn this is it..

what key gets me into BIOS..f1.?..when i power up..I D/L the manuel..seems pretty simple to Disable sound card

just cant get my Bios open at this point

Usually it is the DEL key.  Sometimes the BIOS announces the key you need to press to get to the setup.  They are all different.

Try Delete (Del) key

edit: (skuzzy is faaaaast today)


For the future (after you are in BIOS Setup), change settings so that'll display the message --> "hit DEL key to enter setup"

Or just disable quick boot.  That way the boot screen stays up longer.
