Not neccessarily. Some well thought out views require some verbage to be explained in a manner that those who do not have expertise in the subject, can hope to get some grasp of what the author is trying to convey (e.g., even baking a cake contains nuances that the could be easily overlooked by the inexperinced), as has been shown in the very wordy explanations common in the artistic and pilisophical sciences which tend to deal in the abstract or hypothetical plane. Sentence count is more important.
