Vox problems?

Since patch 9, I have been having a problem with vox
not working sometimes.  A quick exit and reload solves
the problem, though.  Just an annoyance at this point.
I have been hearing a few others tell me the same thing.

Just freesed nik of somebody in upper-right corner in range text colour.

A lot of folks in the group I fly with notice this lately too. For some they need to resart the game for vox to work again. Sometimes it just starts working again on it's own - as if it's somehow linked to the ranged vox. I don't know - but vox is getting less reliable and that hurts gameplay.
