Ummm, I flew for a month in Beta with gear down, I've always been under the impression that Green was "retracted" and red was "Gear down"....no one said a word, after all, would you tell a duck with no wings that it couldn't fly?

i stood on runway, gived full power
to my g10 and was typing:
"HI JG2"....these were my last words.
my 109 crashed right into a hangar.
