CLA- Conjugated Linoleic Acid...

Some scientist did a study on 180 fat people. Half got this CLA, half got a placebo. At the end of a year, the CLA group lost an average of 9% body fat, while gaining 2% muscle mass. This without any change in diet, or exercise.

Just started taking it, I'll let you know how it works out in a year

. Course, I exercise and diet to, but it can't hurt.

Actually, the pill may take some nutrition away, so get bloodwork done every month or so..

If only life could be simplified by just taking a pill.

You could maybe buy a Harvard education pill one day or a get really good looking pill.

Read the small print on side effects and make sure there's not something like:

"0.3% chance your Balls will fall off.."

CLA's been around for years. I'm pretty sure that if it was a wonder drug it'd have been all over TV for the last 10 years or so.

Yea, I asked the girl about that in GNC... she said its been around for 5 years or so.

I've never heard about it.

CLA was first isolated in 1978 from grilled beef. It has been looked at quite a bit for weight loss and cancer treatment.

By the way, Cheese Whiz is LOADED with CLA.
