how does moore feel it ties in to bradburys book? does moore feel that bradburys book is somehow representative of moores politics and worldview?

I think copyrights don't fully apply to the titles of books. Thusly, naming his movie F 9/11 was legal.

As for the title, it just sounds catchy.

It's not catchy..It sounds like an action movie. When in reality it's nothing but a retarded fatprettythang that hates America and our government spouting lies and twisting sound clips and interviews to appear to agree with his "points"

451 is the temperature where paper burns, and the book refers to censorship and therefore to book burning.

The Moore movie title was chosen due to it's obvious relationship to the Bradbury title and was explained in the advertizing as "The temperature at which freedom burns" (that's at least close to a quote)
