I think that's the best card on the market, but it's loud and needs a power supply connection.

That card is last-generation. It's not as fast as the new generation of cards like the ati x800 and nvdia 6800 series. That looks like a decent price for that card, but I'm not an ATI expert.

For $400ish you can get an nvidia 6800GT and have one of the fastest cards around.
