Try entering the game offline first.

From the offline tower, quit then select online.

Hope it helps.

Make sure you have any anti-virus software disabled as well and any other software that might be running in background.

Send me a copy of the DXDIAG output and let's see if there is anything that you can do to help the performance.

Unfortunately, ME is a pretty problematic operating system.

That's one of the things I can try to address in the DXDIAG output.

If you are not running any anti-virus software, or firewall then I need more information.  The DXDIAG is a start.

Try "Start->Run->msconfig".

ok skuzzy heres all you need to know

i sign on to my 56k modem at around 49 kbps. i go into ah2 it logs into the MA but i get all green bases, then it loses updates and switches to TCP, then i get booted.
or he other circumstance is that i play about 10 mins and then i get booted, out of ah2 and out the internet.

now could this be a firewall? how would i check for that?

could it be my connection? my modem i got replaced a day ago.

i just NEED some help please.

Ace, for one, if you don't know what the problem is, how do you know what he needs to know? You need to send Skuzzy an output of DXDIAG (DirectX Diagnostic). It will tell him about anything he needs to know about your system.

To get a DXDIAG output, go to Start>Run>DXDIAG
Wait for it to load all of the different areas, then click "Save All Information." You may also want to run all of the tests under each tab before doing so. save dxdiag.txt to your hard drive and email it to support@hitechcreations.com

This is almost the ONLY way to get a problem like this fixed.

i have my modem connection put through a power strip and then into the walll.

could there be some kind of firewall or connection limiter in the power strip? it says it has surge protector on there so it might have it i dont know.
