Thats what I was afraid of. I'm an active person involved in many outdoor activities, and along with work I don't have any time to keep an arm immobilized for that period of time.

Also, is there any way to strengthen that part of the arm? Its in the crease on the inside part of my elbow. I know theres no muscle there, but this isnt the first time its bothered me, just the first time ive hyperextended it.
