Yes wolf,

You have an active mouse curser in the cockpit and you just place that curser over a nearby friendly and right click/

This sends a system message to the player you selected that basically says "Check six you dumb bastard"

Sheesh .. Edmontonians whatcha gonna do withem   Wolf, you right click on  a persons plane or icon within your visual perspective and  they get a check six warning in the text buffer.

Why don't we just have it where if you click on the bogey behind your wingman, he blows up!

I agree that this 6 calls idea sounds like a good one and the fact that it obviously works so well in WB means that it probably has universal appeal but could we do it as an extended "Friendly padlock" (I hate and detest the mouse and go out of my way to use the keyboard in preference).

(Just my feelings)

Agree with Snafu.

I never found the WB right click six call much use.  Too awkward to hold a view, fly the plane, and use the mouse.  Make it like a "friendly padlock" with one key sequentially highlighting each friendly in the current view, and another key sending the six call.  Then the keys can be mapped to a programmable stick or throttle, and the six call can be sent without taking a hand off the flight controls.

Ok... I will admit that for those who type for a living or know their keyboard like the palm of their hand (image intentional).... Right click calls aint a big deal maybe but.... Right now... no one gets six calls from me.   A typed out six call wouldn't get to them before the funeral.   In "RL" everyone was on the radio around you and you could simply speak into the mike at em.   Typing in combat was not taught.

I have never seen anyone who tried it that thought it was objectionable.   Try that with just about any other "feature".

Hay I fixed RW. How was I supose to know it would react that way to envoromental effect (EAX) on my SB live plat 5.1. I just thought it would be cool to hear me in chipmonk voice in all out 5.1 dolby digital 8)

Bah. I suggested this exact idea 3 years ago in Flying Circus   Still sounds good to me.

Recently switched from WB to AH, because
the last update was ages ago, and I got tired
of waiting for version 3.
The first thing I missed in AH was mouse 6 call.
So lets have it. soon.
