Hehe Ice...Hate to burst your bubble, but we weren't hunting the 13th specifically, but we always like tangling with you guys. They are always good fights <S>. Of course when we knew the Bish were there and ponies in the area it did enter our minds that the 13th was close by!!
Anyway, the Musketeers decided to do a fighter sweep out of 10 up to 9 to clear it out of all those smelly Bish! (We had flown a sortie ealier with the AK's and were jumped at low level by Spits, Nikis and 109's <S> JC and company on those fights!) And <S> to the AK's. It was fun flying that fighter sweep!
So this time we decided to enter the combat area at 25k when a squaddie who was out front as scout called out 2 high bandits at 30k!! (Funny thing was, we were saying the same thing on RW....just how darn high to you have to get!!)
Welp, we knew we had to climb. The first 2 bandits were indeed at 30k...a Spit and a 109 (I think the 109 was Udie??). I have no idea what the spit was doing up that high.
Then we ran into a couple of ponies at or near 29k.
Anyway, from our perpsective, a long chess game for position played out and it was alot of fun actually. Saw co-alt ponies, 109's and Jugs.
You did get a couple of our guys, and we took couple of Bish with us too. All in all it was alot of fun. <S>
Look forward to locking horns with the 13th again!
