Wrong!  I am using the full setup!

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!  If your asking your parents that means you're YOUNG!!  It also means you may be small!  Nothing wrong with that but the Fighter Stick is HUGE!!  I am 55 years young, if that matters, but only stand 5'8" tall.  I had to modify my fighter stick so I could use the Hat!

Here's what I did:

That is a piece of Hot Water pipe insulation held on with double-backed sticky tape.

Read this! http://www.ch-hangar.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=250&hl=

That article recommends the FLIGHTstick for small hands.

Regardless, there is tons of help for the noob CH user there.  Frank "Sticky" Church, Micheal, and revvin to name 3.

Good luck!  I have had many many sticks.  This is the best.  Yes, the springs are a bit light but I like it.  They can easily be modded for stiffer control.

Regards,

Dracon, who is your maid?

I mean, damn, My desk hasn't been that clean since the day I assembled it.. If I posted a pic of my control rig you would think I was running Anheuser Busch controls.

Anyhow, Nice Altec Lansing speakers, I have the same ones... I guess us CH kids know how to build a gaming machine.

You will also have a lower roller that will adjust your roll axis and another on the right that will adjust your pitch axis.  Basically allows for fine tuning.  I'm sure you won't be disappointed.  One thing to note is if you used spring loaded devices such as the X45 it may drive you nuts at first.  How the stick is setup you can move only in the roll and in the pitch if you'd like to.  When you start going anything but lef/right and up/down it may feel weird.  Over time though you won't even notice it.  At first it will be highly noticeable though.
I hope I can get used to it. My st90 has a big spring on the bottom. I was just gettign used to that.

I don't have a problem with Dracon's flight deck.

Looks...neat. Good choice in flight controls with the refinements I had to do also.

I like neat too...and Dracon's got me by a couple of years.

The trick is that if you like your flight deck neat, you throw in a few wittle nazi's and guns and stuff..

That way when the "messy" people cap on ya, you let the wittle guys lock n' load and take their best shot.

..as Jet has shown below.

..it's getting wierd now..I gotta go to bed.

Thanks Dracon for the quick response.  Got your email.   I have to finish this midnight shift before I can get home and give it a try.  I have the next two days off which will give me plenty of time to fiddle with it.
