Try this case and drop in an Antec power supply. The case w/o power supply is only $55. I have it an AMD Athlon64 and a Gig of RAM with several fans and it keeps the whole system running cool. Its also one of the easiest cases I have ever worked in that didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Nope, that's not it. Try getting a good power supply, one from a reputable company, I believe Antec and Fortran make very good PSUs. May be others but those are the ones I know about. I'm sure others will add to the list.

Antec also makes good cases BTW.

Every component in your PC is important, don't skimp on any of them. Not saying they have to be expensive, just be reputable.

Aaron,
Before you try overclocking your comp, go to the forums at overclockers.com  and read up on the CPU and mother board you've chosen.  The are a lot of very knowledgable people on the forum.  Read more and write less.  They're not going to offer any help if you spam the bbs like you do here:)
Before I started, I read for days to learn enough to ask intelligent questions.  It works better that way.

I've liked the Antec Sonata cases, and Chiefteks (sp) cases.
