Excellant example of stereotypical start of a meltdown.  

First post something that is unexceptable.  Second make a quasi-concillatory post.  Then say, "In for a penny...." and go off the wall with an even more extreme post and "quit".  The keep on actually posting digging yourself deeper and deeper.
