Exactly why I was/am looking at Emule as an alternative.

Anyone have any other alternatives?

Imesh will resume your old kaazaa temp files, BUT it's full of fake files (IE: Download Spiderman 2 ... and end up with French pr0n).

If you find a good server with Emule, it works just fine... and it doesn't install any cr*pware as far as I know.

Try http://www.packetnews.com for a serious speed increase. If you even think about using any of these apps though, you'd better scan your PC after every boot and before every shutdown for trojans back-doors and virii.

Won't they dub them for you or add texts? Kinda hard to follow the  storyline if you don't understand a word from it :(

Well I look for all sorts of stuff. So does my son.
While he  liked to download more of the familiour stuff
Main things I look for and what I liked about Kaza is I was able to find  real obscure Mp3's. Stuff you just dont find in the record stores.

Examples. "they're comming to take me away haha"

Or another peice I found there "popcorn"

Barbershop music (my father was a barbershopper)

Or other songs/.music usually from my youth you cant find anymore

Hell I even found a whole slew of period German WWII marching songs once

Bout the only thing I havent been able ot find that I was looking for was a rendition of the story of "Peter and the Wolf" Narrarated by Boris Karloff in MP3 format which I am still looking for.
But I occasionally look for other stuff too
So I'd kinda like to find something that has a broad range.
At a reasonable price.
I was considering Emule cause you can obtain a liftime membership for one set price. and a reasonable one at that.
