Help Needed with Windows Update.

Everytime I go to windows Update. It says this: It tells me that I should choose express install so I do. Then it says windows update looking for updates. Or something like that. Then bam it says thisWindows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the requested page. You may find the following resources helpful in resolving the problem:

 Read more about steps you can take to resolve this problem yourself. I am clueless. I have dail-up connection. Going to get cable in a bit. When I had dsl it was always bugging me to update. But I ignored it. Plz help

 Jetb123, Here is what worked for me ,
 1st, if you run ZoneAlarm firewall, be sure to update it to lastest version.
2nd make sure that your AnitVirus is up todate / if you run Norton , it has a problem with install, of SP2 and Norton has a patch for it also.
 3rd turn on Auto update in windows ! , then try again and, see if it will download and install the update ?
 I hope this helps ....
