All the more reason why checks and balances need to be protected in the USA.. heres some alternative justice from around the world..This is why people stand up for the Bill of Rights..

http://www.mosnews.com/news/2004/09/10/cosmonaut.shtml

notable quotes:

“I am an officer of the Russian Air Force, I do not want to sue this scum,”

“Apart from that, there are tens of thousands of them, nothing can be done anyway,”

“I could shake these sergeants off me in a second, but I understood that in this case they would have claimed that I had attacked them first. That is why I only asked them not to hit me on the back — I once fell from high altitude, my whole spine is made of plastic now,”

Boroda any imput?

LOL.. Racist cops? seems a bit of a stupid subject for an american to act all high and mighty over.

I am not ashamed to confess that I am ignorant of what I do not know.

Dont hijack Furball... noone is being pompous here...

this could happen anywhere.. but the difference is one system has a constitutional provisions and other system doesn't...

Thats all im pointing out and my guess that this type of behavior would be much more visable in a system with no such provisions..

that clear it up for you....

I'm glad our Constitution and Bill of Rights prevents this sort of thing from happening in the USofA.
