Brett Favre, the greatest ever
« on: September 13, 2004, 09:48:21 PM »
watching tonight's game, nothing really special.

yes i'm a GB fan, but watching the highlights of lats years game on MNF, i almost cried for Brett again.

add the starts, the stats, and the adversary played against... he is the greatest QB ever to play the game.

question on the stats?:

man sometimes i wonder if he is human.

i am living in the greatest times of Football history in wisconsin, and am proud of it. someday i will be able to tell ym grandchildren of watching Brett play on Lambeau Field.

<> Brett you are a true hero.

JB I know what you mean about the halftime show, I dont cry over just anything but that got me choked up. He is one heck of a QB and I although I will be its gonna be hard to look at the pack the same way when he is gone. They look great so far tonight, some problems with the pass defense besides the one pick, but they run defense is great and the QB pressure with out grady jackson is amazing.

Ok I gotta take back the part about the pass defense, except for that pass to Ricky they have been all over the panthers recievers. I always got so upset with their pass defense because it seemed like they were just letting people catch the ball then worrying about it. But tonight they have looked sharp.

love to hate the best huh?

rooted against waltor payton? bartt starr?  barry sanders? dan marino?

other than being envious of his amazing qualities, leadership, and resolve, why would one dislike him, and want him to lose?

Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison are probably the best QB/WR combination to ever exist in the NFL. ;)

Do you have any reason why you dislike him and root against him.

Only 17 touchdowns to go (or at least that was the number pre-season) to eclipse Young/Rice. Should pass Kelly/Reed this year for completions/yards.

They are the deadliest in the league, no doubt about it.

Favre is awesome.  I still don't think he was ever as good as Steve Young in his prime though.
