Did the Fw190 fly with a slight nose down attitude?

Yes,

When trimmed for Level flight it did.  The wings had a 2 degree angle of incidence.

Now the entire horizontal stabilizer moved to trim the aircraft.  You could depending on the speed trim the A/C to fly a wide variety of angles.

It's normal level flight trim though was slightly nose down.

There was a good picture of 190 somewhere here where the "flight line" was drawn. It also explains the fairly good forward visibility especially in high speeds when the nose remains rather low.

The RAF did a fairly extensive report on the sighting view of the 190 in their intitial tactical trials. Even they mention the nose down attitude.  Page 5, paragraph 7.

You can read about it here:

Any idea what the angle of nose down was at high cruise speed, say 350mph?

Yeah,

The wings had a 2 degree angle of incidence and the "level flight cruise speed" is listed as 500KPH.

So I would imagine the plane cruised with it's nose down two degrees at 500 kph.

The advantages of the FW-190's sighting view varying with closure speed and angle of pursuit as is mentioned in the RAF tactical trials.

This gives you an idea of how effective the sighting view was in the 190:
