Which location?
I think all of their sides suck (except corn bread), I think their brisket is too dry, and their chili is ass. But the ribs and chicken are pretty good.

One here in Cupertino, their ribs are too dry. The local Outback has much better baby back ribs..

If the ribs are too dry then go there earlier in the day or ask them to get you a juicy one. Basically it's how long they have been in the smoker.

Anyways you are in the wrong part of the bay for BBQ. To many whites and people from overseas.
