why should i waste 30min. climbing to find a noe rook @ 25k ?!! i can make 2-3 trips in the same time to knight base at 5 k and have more fun.

I never got higher than 5k.
there were 5 bish.
i killed 2, the other 3 just ran away, with an alt and E adv.

Climbed my little FM2 up t0 15k after 2 Spits hoping something would come of it.
They B&z'd me to the deck , climbed back up to 15k and RTB'd.

I know dying isn't considered popular , but if flying for an hour to just RTB is considered virtual fun over virtual death , I'd rather virtually put a gun to my head, log off and play with my Real wife.

Rule of tumb I apply on high alt targets.

If its a 109 or a 190 its an BnZing alt monkey that wount come down and play unless I get engaged by other targets. This is especially true if he is alone.

My action: Ignore him.

If its another plane its most likely a very good pilot who knows how to use his/hers alt really well. He/she will attack me when ever he gets a good chance.

My action: Merge.

Really I dont know why one should get upset about this. This has nothing to do with bish, knight or rook. You have cherry pickers on all sides and good pilots who know how to use alt on all sides.

i was on my way to a bish base the other day with my 38 heavy, and 2 109s and a yak appeared, i dropped ord and dealt with the yak first, bled it of e and on came the 109s i tangled with them for a bit and then they retreated and went away climbing for alt.

before i had time to goad them on main channel back came the yak, we had a good fight going and the yak was getting the best of me, then here come tweedle dee and tweedle dum to bz me

what great tactics, as my country men lay waste to their base.

109 is one of the worst BnZ planes in the game. Give it a try sometime.
