still curval... I would rather my wife/girlfriend told me I couldn't have a gun than have my government do it..

much easier to get a new wife/girlfriend.

What makes it funny is the Law Abiding gun-owners never infringe on the Anti-Gun rights.  But the Anti-Gun people do everything possible to try and eliminate rights for Law Abiding gun owners.

The wife already agreed to get one, we just always seem to find better ways to spend $500.

Laz2 Ive been seeing you in this gun treads all the time, and I suddenly understand somthing (maybe)
what happend to you and or your family to need the guns that bad ?

I personally have 1 shotgun after my dad (he is not dead but gave me it, cause he is a hunting freak, meaning he want me to be it too)

well I have my shotgun but i diveded it into 2 peaces (in locked boxes) so no freaking criminal can steal it if they want. (meaning fast the alarm gonna get themout first if im not home)

I can still use it if I want but, really I'm not the mountain guy my dad want me to be, but we are good fellows anyway.

Guns is overrated and giving a false sense of security, ok if needed but not likely.

People Like Laz and I, along with most of the gun people on this board own them because we like guns and shooting.

Guns facinate me. I love taking them apart and seeing how they work. I love the chalenge of being a good shot.  I have never bought a gun because I felt I needed it to defend myself, I bought them because I like them.

That I can use one to defend myself is an added perk I truely hope I will never have to use.

I just bough 2500 rounds from ammoman.com (great service, and I will be buying all my ammo from then from now on), 1000 .45 1000, 9mm(for the little lady) and 600 plus rounds of 30-06!

Most of it is going up to WA with the Majority of my guns next week, since I am spending a week up there. I hope it does not rain the whole time cause I am lookinf foreward to shooting the hell out of My M1 Garand all the 30-06 came in 8 round clips for it.

I am totaly looking foreward to it!

airguard... I suppose that a more accurate and to the point question would be....  what happened to the anti gun nuts on this board to make them so fearful of others rights and hoibbies?

like it or not... gun have changed the course of history and still do.   the greatest workmanship and art and ingenuity of man have been lavished on firearms.    to not see this is blindness.   To not appreciate it is neurotic.

I don't care if you own a gun or not.... I think you would be better off but... none of my bussiness... I do however feel that it is not your place to tell me what firearms I can own or how many.

I jump into gun threads because.... anti gun threads threaten my hobbie and rights.... pro gun threads are interesting to me.

GTo,
If you go through that much ammo(I do too) why aren't you reloading? I can load around 600-700 .45 ACP rounds per hour on my machine. It saves alot of money!!
