This is why I don't like these tests... they all seem to have this problem:

"Most people don't realize how much our lives are controlled by plots hatched in secret places."

In order for you to answer, you have to first agree that "our lives are controlled by plots hatched in secret places." All you get to indicate is whether or not most other people believe it.

Or...

"Some people are born with an urge to jump from high places. "

Wtf?

It really makes me suspect these things when, if they try to come across as scientific, completely lack discernment when drawing up the questions. These problems are so obvious that they jump off the page.

Why wouldn't the testers see that for themselves? Therefore, how can ya trust the conclusions they draw?

No worries, I won't be voting for John Kerry just because this "test" called me a dirty name.

If I knew how they scored the first question you objected to and could speak to the author, I'd ask if he considered my answer is that most people know their lives aren't much controlled by secret plots and therefore I disagreed. Since I knew it was a loaded question and that my answer would likely be incorrectly interpreted I chose somewhat disagree.
