He would have been murdered regardless of wether we met their demands or not..These are not a people of honor.

I don't think he would have been,  Look at the Philopino.

However that doesn't change the fact that they are without honor.  They are murderers and should be treated as such when we catch them.  It made me ill to read the headlines yesterday and the headline today.  I have no better expectation for tomorrow.

But the fact is that we cannot negotiate to save our people's lives as it will only cost more lives in the future if we allow this barbaric crap to work.  If we give in it will only encourage them to kidnap more people.

I agree, these people are inhuman.

I know Iraq needs outside contractors, and I know they cannot be 100% safe, but I'm really beginning to think that civilians are doing more harm than good in Iraq. While there are still no go areas in Iraq, specially in Baghdad then I think they should pull them out.

Two Americans and one Brit living in a regular neighbourhood with only one quard is insane. What better target for the terrorists?
