finally set it up...
left monitor displays most instruments not related directly to flight, including radios and GPS.
middle monitor is set to virtual cockpit
left display(laptop networked to my desktop which runs FS2002) runs an external program which displays a PFD.
sorry for the lack of focus, but you should be able to get the idea.
