whats the best codec the AHF viewr gives you, if you want to use windows movie maker to edit it?

I dont use MMM cause its pretty limiting, but Id have to think that a codec thats an idustry standard would be most successful.  Id try MPEG 4   because mpeg is an industry standard, and M$ loves idustry standards and may not play well with DIVX
