Take 8oz of Hamburger and form 2 4oz Patties, Spice the Beef anyway you would like.

Take a large pinch of Blue Cheese, and place in between the Two, Form together. Grill until Blue Cheese starts to seep out of Beef.

Meanwhile, Grill or Sautee Roasted Red Peppers, Bacon is also an option, but you must have Peppers.

Garnish the Burger with Peppers and Bacon, and with whatever  else you want, but on this particular Burger I use BBQ Sauce and Mayo.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

and good tasting food...only major fast food chain that makes a half decent burger is a&w, barely...

a reasonably good addition is if you add some taco seasoning (packaged kind, and a pretty small amount) to the meat...

Interesting.  I have always used ground sirloin (trimmed extra lean) for the meat.  Not much for packaged hamburger myself.  While expensive, it does impart a really rich flavor.
I like to mix in some salt and pepper, but that is it.  Let the meat speak for itself.

Variations include chili powder, onion, and a touch of paprika,
or a little Italian dressing, salt, pepper, topped with Provolone cheese
or a little A-1 sauce, onion, pepper (plenty of salt in A-1), topped with extra sharp cheddar (not melted, but softened).

Condiments are optional and depends on the person.  And use whatever bread that does not mask the flavor of the meat.

It's not a burger if it has mayo on it.  It is then just a sandwich.  Learn to differentiate it.

Ya know Roy....I read that only liberals place Mayo on a burger....I know for a fact they put steak sauce on steaks as well as sweet BBQ sauce on ribs.

Sweet creamy things are for lilly white little girls.

Sorry Roy....some things must be said:)

Dunt know about the "lily white little girl" thing Otto.  I just figure they have never had the chance to eat really good, well prepared meat.
A product of thier upbringing.  I feel for em, but will not hold it against them.  They know not what they do.  :)

I prefer "Venisonburgers" myself. Ketchup is for kids and mayo is for yankees. Any burger around here is going to have mustard only. Then you add the lettuce, tomato, onions, and jalapenos.

We'd love to have ya back, but Buda to New Braunfels is not a very fun commute anymore. San Marcos has really grown, in fact San Antonio through Georgetown ihas pretty much blended together by now, what with all the Kalifornians fleeing the taxation.

I'm curious to know exactly what you call mayonaise

Some Americans I've seen eating home made mayonnaise in different French restaurant were very dubious (dunno why I'm pretty sure it was a mayo made according to the tradition)

As a matter of fact, some of them have visited Texas and they do know what well prepared beef tastes like.

... and on top of that some of them don't use steak sauce either.
