It looks like a 75 from the breech/carriage end, but the end of the barrel seems to be missing the towing lugs.

Hmmmm it does look like the 75 and it also does seem to be in europe because of the italian cypress in the background but I don't think it's a 75

Image source states image was taken in Syria During the fighting their Between the British(Comenwealth) and Vichy French Forces.
