Twins! (possibly)
« on: October 06, 2004, 04:33:33 PM »
Wife and I went to the OB today for her monthly checkup. They measured her and she was bigger than average.

So, they did a check. And they found what they think is two heartbeats. We go back next Weds. for another sonogram to know for sure.

Weird, nobody on either side of the family has a history of twins.

You better PRAY it isn't twins dude.  One is work.  Two is hell.  My sister had twins and suffered from serious exhaustion a few times.

Congrats, or my sympathy depending on how you look at it. :D

Was she artificially inseminated? The chance of multiple births is much higher in this regard...

TWo years from this date, punt this thread and I will extend my heartfelt sympathy. Nineteen years from this date, punt this thread, and I'll tell you I made no promises about either of those girls, let alone both.

Having twins is not an inherited trait even though it shows up more in some family lines than others.  It can happen to anyone.  Congrats!!!!  And hope and pray they are boys....

I am a twin.

In my mother's opinion, we were easy. We had each other to keep ourselves entertained.

They sure looked like champs last night against the Yankees. 5 double plays and clutch pitching too, but I think we'll see the Sox and the Yanks in the ALCS.
