Euhm, it is not in Czech colours, it is in Dutch colours before they switched to the orange triangle. And besides, look at Czechoslovakia on the map, what do they need a floatplane for!

Ya as I was driivng to work today this ocured to me, I recaled some earler dutch float planes with similar markings...so..ya.
