Sab - in the spring I spent 400 bucks on almost an exact replica of one of the pics you have. Except that your pic is 100 times better.

You should really look into the stock photography market. If you're not a professional, then it's basically like free money to you.

Hey Sab, some of the guys at the London Air Show had some smart concept ideas. Not exactly stellar shots but the theme has potential

I suppose it all depends on how the field is setup as to what you can get. Next year i'll get a three day media pass and will diffinately be keeping this in the back of my mind.

That's a pretty clever idea! Keeping the field in focus would be a tough trick to pull off. Looks like those two shots were able to get it done, though. That's definitely something worth exploring.

Not hard actually, you just need a fast lens, up the ISO for shutter speed and stop all they way down for DOF. But you'd need to hit the event for a few days to see the route they fly to pick your spots.

Nice shots, but the copyright and credit lines ruin them.

Establishing rights and credit without messing up pic is always a challenge. Most acceptable to viewer is small credit line with copyright symbol at lower right, or other corner depending on least interference with image.

Really, I do want to know what equipment he has. Grun, don't you have a similar system?

I used to be into photography ( only black and white stuff) and these pics make me want to get back into it again.

Nash, what are the standards for the photos being sold as you mentioned? How does someone offer pics for sale in the stock photography market?
