I also find Silat's singing of show tunes particularly offensive.
On a side note, not long ago I was in the pattern and set up for a classic textbook landing. It was just exactly like I'd been told to land a real P-38 Lightning by several veteran pilots. I was concentrating on aceing that landing perfectly, and as I came over the fence at just over 75 knots in a perfect descent just a few feet off the runway, I thought "Wow Savage, this is going to be awesome, just like Stan Richardson and Art Heiden taught you". As the props hit the runway and stopped, and I heard that terribly loud scraping noise, it occurred to me that both Stan and Art would have told me to put the gear down. At least neither of them saw it.
