Artillery Gun Sites?

Are there any 'souped up' sites available for tanks or assault guns? Can these be changed like the plane sites?
 
Extended range lines, offset (lead) tics, little marks to gage distance of known tank profiles, etc.
 
Like Garos used to do in AirWar???

There used to be a few sights out there for the Ostwind, but good luck finding them.
