Is this proof that the SBV's are full of it?

You decide.

Downloading now.... I dont think it will mater.

That was last month, this month is the POWs and their show.

It is really going to make Kerry look bad, it will be hard to discredit to MOH awarded POWs.

No, it is proof that Nightline has zero jounalistic integrity.  They did not bother to check the stories of the Vietnamese to see if they were even there at the time.

And why would the Vietnamese want to help Kerry? Hmmm?

Answer: Because he helped them!

Pardons?

Am I missing something or did you jump subjects?

O'Niel came off badly, I think it was funny that in a sense he was defending Kerry's acound, when nightline I think was trying to make it seem more heroic by having "witneses" Claim there were many more enemy troops.

The question is, how do we not know that these "peasants" as ted called them, were not paid to say what they said or just making **** up? How do we know they even lived there at the time?

Still, this will not mater one bit when a guy wearing the MOH, goes on national TV and says he life in a horrorific prison camp was made harder by what Kerry did in 71, and what he had endured torture for for years was given to the enemy  by kerry for kerry's personal political gain.

THAT will and does have meaning.  THAT will hurt Kerry.

They'll probably justify it the same way the other side justified Clinton's pardons.

Granting pardons to crooked friends is a long-standing presidential tradition, on both sides of the fence.  It isn't right, but it isn't going to change so we just have to live with it.

I watched it to the first commercial. Two questions come to mind.

1. Was there only one engagement in this "village" during the 10 years of American involvement?

2. The first woman interviewed mentioned that a South Vietnamese soldier told her he had killed her husband. Was Kerry accompanied by South Vietnamese soldiers?

2. Yes.
