Global warming data scam

This article  describes how the widely-believed "hockey stick" graph, which shows earth's temperature rising dramatically, is "mathematically flawed."  If you read between the lines, you can see that it is actually "mathematically fraudulent."  You won't see this article in the New York Times.

theres a movie that was filmed in the 20s at columbia ice field near jasper, at that time the ice field was covering where the interpretive center is now.

in 1981, according to my parents, it was pretty much right up against the highway.

this is where it was in 1999, summer.

its even further back now, the lowest level its been pretty much since it was created (geological history proves it.)

Does it mean scientists that are funded by the government, if they find out everyting is Ok for the next 10 thousand years and they can now go study frogs, sometimes post results that are skewed?

No! Darn it. I was juked again.

Something I saw recently which I found interesting, was the relative density of the amazon in relation to CO2 levels. It seems global pollution has mean't the Amazon is at a peak in growth and density its never reached before.

Quite amazing really. It also confirms pollution is buttering with the ecosystem, but throws a little bit of a spin on it.

I heard a pretty good explenation on the whole global warming thing....

In the late 80s and early 90s no one ever actually questioned these scientists or their data.  Recently (last 5 years) people have actully been testing their theory and find that it is in fact fundamentally flawed.  Now you have two different groups of brainiacs both with "data" in hand arguing who is correct.

Behind them you have whatever polotician whos agenda is supported by wich ever scientist.

From what I've read mother nature allways seems to take care of herself one way or another.  When she want's us off this planet she'll get her way.

yep, like the evil whiteys disease aimed at the blacks.

even though mother nature can handle herself, shes more likely to adapt to the damage than fix it.

healthy economy=healthy enviroment.

While I don't see a global ecosystem catastrophe anytime in the near future(i.e.The Day After Tomorrow), to dismiss global warming as junk science is just that, junk.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.

A single major volcano eruption will put more CO2 gas into the atmosphere than all of humanity can generate in an entire year.  According the what is taught in college geology we (humans) contribute less than 10% of the CO2 buildup in a year.

There is your Kyoto agreement and all your emissions testing.  Even if we were to reduce all the emmissions that humans contribute it probably will not have any substantial impact.

Historical data (according to rocks from over 2 million years ago) shows that the temperature of the Earth has changed quite dramatically during it's existence.  At one point it was a frozen barren planet that rapidly (geologically speaking) heated up without the benifit of humans.

Ultimately, the environment changes and we aren't doing very much either way to change it.

I also read that 10 times more oil seeps into the ocean via the ocean floor every year than what humans "spill" into it

Mother nature is great at fixing itself but there is a limit to how much junk it can handle. Not a huge problem for us yet tho, so let those that come after our generation fix it.

You also thought AA flight 587 "EXPLODED" over New York.

Weep over your lost glaciers (lol, pry the weirdest liberal pansy merit ever) then let me school you.

No, just let me laugh, as I had a glacier I called "Donnie". He died. He loved Tater Tots too. :(

It was a US Geological survey.  Who knows though.  They were probably off their rocker thinking there is actually oil reserves under the ocean.
